Hi, I’m Rita. I’m a qualified Nutritionist and an accredited practitioner with the International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine (IPHM). My other professional memberships include the Australian Natural Therapists Association (ANTA) and the Australian Traditional Medicine Society (ATMS). Since being diagnosed with Coeliac Disease in 2012, I have been a member of the Coeliac Society, where I remain informed on the latest news on medical breakthroughs on the disease. This has given me an extensive knowledge of gluten-free foods and Coeliac Disease.
I have been working closely with people with dietary intolerances and showcasing my love for food and knowledge in health & nutrition since 2015. I take a holistic approach to therapy and aim to address the cause as well as the symptoms of disease and do this with a range of modalities including Holistic Nutrition Consultations.
My vision is to equip people with the necessary tools to have a healthy relationship with food to succeed with their health & wellness goals. I do this through Education, Meal Planning, Consultations, and delicious fuss-free recipes. My nutritional recipes portfolio showcases my Mediterranean heritage and is also adapted to suit dietary intolerances and is now taking shape in a Wholesome Italian Cooking cookbook.
