  • Firstly, by replenishing your Body by adding in delicious, nutrient-dense foods into your diet, that are easy to prepare and that don’t cost the earth.
  • By spending time working on your Mindset, affirming your goals and visions into reality. Daily, short meditation practices are included in the program.
  • Daily Movement is so important for your bone density, and to firm and shape your body, as well as helping you burn unwanted fat and improve your energy and stamina for the day. Included in the program are daily 30-minute yoga practices that can be done in the comfort of your home, gym, or park.

It also includes the following:

  • 2 Weeks of Meal plans that mainly consist of gluten-free, and sugar-free foods. They have been designed to be flexible for you to swap any meals around throughout the week to suit.
  • Delicious nutrient-dense Recipes that are simple to follow and require minimal ingredients, taking into account basic cooking techniques.
  • Shopping Lists that provide you with healthy food options tailored to your plan, to help get you started
  • An electronic downloadable document of the entire program that is easy to navigate on your phone, tablet or PC.
