Chia Puddings

Loaded with protein and low in carb, these little chia puddings are so delicious and will keep you full throughout the morning.  They can even be enjoyed as a healthy dessert option.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 4 tablespoons greek plain yoghurt
  • 2 tablespoons rolled oats
  • 2 teaspoons maple syrup
  • 4 tablespoons chia seeds

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients into a blender except the chia seeds and blitz until well combined.
  2. Stir in the chia seeds.
  3. Pour into ramekins and refrigerate overnight to set.
  4. Serve with fresh berries on top.
