Loaded with protein and low in carb, these little chia puddings are so delicious and will keep you full throughout the morning. They can even be enjoyed as a healthy dessert option.
Ingredients
- 1 cup almond milk
- 4 tablespoons greek plain yoghurt
- 2 tablespoons rolled oats
- 2 teaspoons maple syrup
- 4 tablespoons chia seeds
Instructions
- Place all ingredients into a blender except the chia seeds and blitz until well combined.
- Stir in the chia seeds.
- Pour into ramekins and refrigerate overnight to set.
- Serve with fresh berries on top.
