Blueberry Banana Smoothie

This wonderfully creamy and delicious smoothie packs a punch in flavour and nutrients.  Adding the oats turns it into a satisfying meal, and the avocado gives it a beautiful silky texture.  Enjoy!


  • 1/2 banana, sliced
  • 1/3 avocado
  • 1 cup blueberries, fresh or frozen
  • 1 tablespoon rolled oats
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup (optional)
  • 250 mls almond milk


  1. Add all the ingredients into a blender and blitz on high for 30 seconds. Ready to serve.
  2. You can prep this ahead by adding all the ingredients except for the milk and the maple syrup into a freezer proof zip lock bag and freezing it. It can stay frozen up to 1 month. Then when ready to serve, simply add the frozen smoothie ingredients to your blender with your nut milk and maple syrup.
