Ingredients
- 1/2 banana, sliced
- 1/3 avocado
- 1 cup blueberries, fresh or frozen
- 2 tablespoons rolled oats
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup (optional)
- 250 mls almond milk
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients into a blender and blitz on high for 30 seconds. Ready to serve.
- You can prep this ahead by adding all the ingredients except for the milk and the maple syrup into a freezer proof zip lock bag and freezing it. It can stay frozen up to 1 month. Then when ready to serve, simply add the frozen smoothie ingredients to your blender with your nut milk and maple syrup.
