It’s deliciously creamy and luscious and you will reap the benefits of collagen to support your skin and bones; antioxidants to prevent free radical damage; protein to fuel your energy; essential fatty acids to support heart health, and not to mention it’s loaded with vitamins and minerals.

Ingredients
- 300 mls almond milk
- 1/2 avocado
- 1/2 banana
- 1 cup of baby spinach
- 1 scoop collagen peptides
Instructions
- In a blender add all of the ingredients, and blitz on high speed for 30 seconds or until nice and creamy.
- Serve immediately.
- Tip: you can freeze the other halves of the banana and avocado into a ziplock bag.
