A healthy twist to a delicious chocolately caramely favourite, the twix bar. Be warned though, these are so good it’s a little hard to stop at one. Enjoy!

Ingredients
Biscuit Base
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 1/2 cup oat flour
- 1/3 cup almond flour
Caramel Middle Layer
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 3 teaspoons maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- pinch salt
Chocolate Layer
- 2/3 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
Instructions
- Combine all the biscuit base ingredients into a bowl and mix really well or you can put this into a blender to make the job easier.
- Press the biscuit base into a tin lined with baking paper.
- Mix all the caramel middle layer ingredients and smooth this on top of the biscuit base.
- Melt the dark chocolate and coconut oil and pour over the top.
- Place in the fridge to set for at least 3 hours or in the freezer for 1 hour before slicing and serving.
- Store it in the fridge, if there's any left.
