- 1 pomegranate, the pulp and seeds only
- 1 red apple
- 2 celery sticks
- 1 carrot
- 1 handful baby spinach
- Cut the pomegranate in half and then scoop out the seeds and pulp. You may need to do this over a bowl so to catch the juices.
- Then pour the pomegranate juice, seeds & pulp; the celery, carrot, spinach and apple into a juicer to extract all the juice, leaving the pulp behind.
- If you don't have a juicer, you can use a high-powered blender, then pour the liquid into a bowl lined with a nut milk bag or muslin cloth.
