- 2 peeled potatoes
- 2 sliced red capsicums
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- Salt & Pepper
- Simply chop up 2 potatoes & 2 red capsicums and add to a hot pan drizzled with olive oil.
- Sprinkle with oregano, S&P and cook stirring often, until veggies are crisp but soft to bite.
