Ingredients
- 400 gms Gluten-free Spaghetti
- 1 garlic clove, chopped
- 1 small red chilli, chopped
- 150 grams hot cacciatore salami, chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 6 sprigs parsley leaves, chopped
- Parmesan cheese to serve
Instructions
- Boil the water and salt it, adding your gluten-free spaghetti.
- While the pasta is cooking start cooking your sauce.
- Sauté chopped garlic, chilli, parsley & cacciatore hot salami in a pan with olive oil.
- When golden add the cooked strained spaghetti and toss through.
- Serve with Parmesan and chopped parsley.
