Spaghetti Cacciatore

Easy, quick, delicious & SPICY 🌶

Ingredients

  • 400 gms Gluten-free Spaghetti
  • 1 garlic clove, chopped
  • 1 small red chilli, chopped
  • 150 grams hot cacciatore salami, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 6 sprigs parsley leaves, chopped
  • Parmesan cheese to serve

Instructions

  1. Boil the water and salt it, adding your gluten-free spaghetti.
  2. While the pasta is cooking start cooking your sauce.
  3. Sauté chopped garlic, chilli, parsley & cacciatore hot salami in a pan with olive oil.
  4. When golden add the cooked strained spaghetti and toss through.
  5. Serve with Parmesan and chopped parsley.
